Kristiansand Municipality would like to procure a system for shift and duty planning, hereafter called the 'resource management system'.

The main purpose of the procurement is to procure a system for resource management of employees that covers the current and future functional and technical needs for the municipality.

Aim of the procurement:

- Get large-scale advantages by implementing a joint system and work processes across the sectors in the municipality

- An open and secure system that is seamlessly integrated with the ERP system and other identified trade systems

- Increased data quality

- Automated manual work tasks across sectors

- Have a graphical interface that appears user-friendly and intuitive (low number of displays and clicks)

The resource management system will primarily be used by the health and mastering sector in Kristiansand Municipality.
