Short-term operational changes at Messe Stuttgart eliminate a management level in the technical infrastructure sector. As part of this award procedure, a contractor should therefore be selected who can advise and support the awarding body on all questions related to the technical infrastructure and in general on construction projects that are required for the execution of a trade fair operation. The technical infrastructure includes control technology, electrical engineering, HLSK (heating, refrigeration, ventilation and sanitary engineering), low-voltage technology and conveying technology.

The ProNM intends to conclude a framework agreement with the contractor selected in this procurement procedure, from which the ProNM can call on consulting and support services related to the technical infrastructure as well as construction projects in general, as required.
