1. Strategic support and structuring support of the steering group of the CTC in the start-up phase

2. Moderation and support of the concretization of the present scientific research concept, the transfer and qualification concept of Forschungszentrum Jülich

3. Accompanying advice and development of conceptual proposals on the governance concept and detailed resource planning

4. Support of the steering group of the CTC in coordination with the funding body BMBF, representatives of the states of Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt as well as support for the exchange with partners of the CTC from science, industry and society

5.Quality assurance of the concept development taking into account the requirements of the funding guideline (guideline for the promotion of projects within the framework of the initiative "Knowledge creates perspectives for the region!")

For the services within the five service areas within the service period, a period of up to 300 person-days is to be assumed.
