LAP-ELY applies to a service producer/consultant for field service duties in the Oulu Southern Region. The acquisition includes, among other things, the following subtasks:

— assisting authority tasks

— drafting opinions

— assisting with regulatory inspections

— supervisory tasks of contracting (in particular road area/management careers)

— safety-related inspections — assisting tasks of the safety coordinator

— preparation of documents

— other separate tasks covered by the Agreement.

In addition, the acquisition includes the preparation of preparatory materials for decision-making and sightseeing, participation in regulatory consultations, reviews, decision-making meetings and presentations.

The tasks are divided into different categories of urgency.

The tasks are further defined in the draft contract of the tender documents and in the definition of the task.
