Description:
Renovation of the toilet facilities in various properties (schools) of the LHH. Specialized planning of the TGA - plant groups 1 to 5 and possibly Ing. § 53 / § 41 HOAI. Division into 4 lots.

The LHH intends to carry out the renovation of the sanitary facilities at 24 schools in the city of Hannover.

The previously estimated value of the total volume of TGA is approximately EUR 4.1 million gross (KG 400).

The service period is approximately between September 2019 and December 2023 and takes place during ongoing operation.

In order to achieve a timely implementation, the overall measure is divided into 4 lots.

The composition of the properties is based on the extent and districts and is as evenly as possible divided into lots 1 to 4. The economic operators apply for a fixed number of lots (max 2 lots).

The client reserves the right to assign a maximum of 2 lots per economic operator.

Lot 1: Hannover "OST": districts Groß-Buchholz, Kleefeld, Heideviertel and Misburg

The technical planning of the technical equipment for the following groups of equipment is to be commissioned

Pursuant to § 53 (2) and, if applicable, civil engineering works pursuant to Art. § 41 HOAI (LP 1-9):

1. Sewage, water and gas plants

2. Heat supply systems

3. Air conditioning systems

4. Power installations

5. Telecommunications and information technology systems

and, if necessary, engineering structures (according to § 41 HOAI-KG 540 according to DIN 276)

Step by step order:

The commissioning takes place in service phases. Service phases that the client does not contract with are subject to a condition precedent. The client reserves the right to limit the commissioning to partial services of individual service phases or to individual sections of the construction project.

The client intends to retrieve further services - individually or as a whole - in the continuation of the planning and execution of the construction project.

When deciding on the retrieval of further services, the client will take into account that this usually requires the political decisions and the approval of the HU building / construction document.

There is no legal claim to commission further service phases.

The contractor is obliged to render the services of the further service phases if the client transfers them to him. The contractor can not derive any increase in his fee from the step-by-step commission.

Special services must be agreed in writing prior to execution.

Applicable to planners domiciled in Germany is the HOAI in the version valid for commissioning.

In addition, the general terms and conditions for architects and engineers of the client are available under the access named in section I.3.
