The purpose of the procurement is to provide the city's administrations and companies with AV equipment and qualified consulting services in the AV area through a solution's entire life cycle.

The city intends to sign framework agreements with five suppliers.

The area includes the purchase of AV equipment for the city's schools, sports facilities, office space, auditoriums etc. AV equipment to be offered mainly includes interactive and other projectors, audio systems, digital information boards and conference equipment such as speakerphones, screens and video conferencing equipment.

Procurement includes services such as consulting, project management, installation, assembly, programming, training and support.
