the purpose of this call for competition is to choose:

- the insurance intermediary (s) (General Agent or Broker) who will be (have) in charge of the placement of contracts, their management and the settlement of claims;

- the mutual insurance company(s) or mutual insurance company without intermediaries that will cover the various insurance risks of the Beaune Côte et Sud Agglomeration Community.

The contract is awarded according to an open tender procedure pursuant to Articles L2124-1 et seq., R 2124-1, R 2161-1 et seq. of the Public Order Code.
