The subject of the order is the service called Waste management - collection of municipal waste and running a PSZOK in the city of Płońsk involving the collection of municipal waste mixed and segregated from residential, uninhabited real estate and from PSZOK. The service also includes launching and operating a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the city of Płońsk. The order will be carried out no earlier than from 1.4.2019 to 31.12.2019.

The Employer reserves the obligation of the Contractor to perform key parts of the contract in person, i.e. waste collection operations subject to the provisions of Art. 36a and art. 36b of the Public Procurement Law

The Employer requires employment by the Contractor on the basis of an employment contract a person / persons performing the following activities in the implementation of the subject of the contract: collection and transport of municipal waste - vehicle drivers providing at least 3 people in the service.

In accordance with art. 36 paragraph 2 point 8a) Public Procurement Law in connection from art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, details regarding the employment of persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract are specified in the contract template constituting Annex 5 to this ToR.
