The extension to the existing women's clinic serves to expand the capacity of the Department of Women's Health at the University of Tübingen.

In the sustainable and energetically exemplary new building, care wards as well as a prenatal outpatient clinic and a fertility clinic including an IVF laboratory with the corresponding doctor and examination rooms are to be accommodated.

Approx. 3,100 m 2 Usable areas (NUF 1-7) can be realized.

- Cost group 300: around EUR 15.2 million gross;

- Cost group 400: Around EUR 11.0 million gross, including cost group 474 (not included in the order).

- Lot 1: (HLSK: around EUR 6.2 million gross);

- Lot 2: (ELT: around EUR 4.3 million gross).

Experience in the field of clinic construction and GMP laboratories is desirable.

Construction is scheduled to take place from May 2023 to July 2025.

- No. 2: heat supply systems;

- No. 3: ventilation systems;

- No. 7: medical gases;
