The purpose of the contract is to acquire new or used vehicles for the services of the City. The benefits are detailed in the CCTP. Lot 1 was the subject of a previous consultation declared without action on grounds of public interest. Contract duration: each lot shall be concluded for an initial period of one year from its renewable notification three times a year by tacit renewal in accordance with the provisions set out in CCAP. Optional band: not open tender. Each batch is a multi-attribute framework agreement concluded without mini and without maxi. Three holders per lot will be selected following the competition subject to a sufficient number of bids. Execution by purchase orders for the purchase of used vehicles or by subsequent market for the purchase of new vehicles. Estimates of the duration of the market are indicative:

— Lot 1: five to ten vehicles;

— Lot 2: about ten vehicles;

— Lot 3: ten to fifteen vehicles;

— Lot 4: five to ten vehicles.

Desired vehicle type:

— small five-seater city dweller of type “107”;

— “Twingo” or equivalent;

— multipurpose five-seater urban dweller type “208”;

— “Clio” or equivalent;

— for small utilities type “Kangoo”;

— “Partner” or equivalent.

The candidate specifies in his technical thesis framework whether he offers them in his range in petrol engines.

Desired type of vehicle:

— four/five seater city dwellers;

— small utility two or five seats.

Desired type of vehicle:

— van L1H2;

— L2H2 van.

The candidate specifies in his technical brief whether he offers CNG urban vehicles in its range of vehicles.

Desired type of vehicle:

— deep cab van L2H2;

— cabin chassis van;

— Cabin chassis 3.5 t and 7.2 t.
