Description:
Management of waste from the area of the Wejherowo Municipality

The subject of the contract is the management of municipal waste from the area of the Wejherowo City Commune, from real estate on which residents live and real estate that is partly real estate on which residents live, and partly real estate on which residents do not live, in accordance with the Act on waste and the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, i.e.:

- treatment of municipal waste in a waste treatment installation,

- temporary storage of municipal waste.

The planned maximum amount of municipal waste to be managed is 54 903 Mg.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase the amount of waste transferred in relation to the planned quantities indicated in Chapter. V paragraph 4 SWZ, but not more than by 10 %, counting for each type (code) of waste separately.

A detailed description and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

1.The subject of the contract is the management of municipal waste from the area of the Wejherowo City Commune, from real estate where residents live and real estate that is partly real estate on which residents live, and partly real estate on which residents do not live, in accordance with the Act on waste and the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, i.e.:

- treatment of municipal waste in a waste treatment installation,

-temporary storage of municipal waste.

2.The subject of the contract does not include:

- collection of municipal waste from the property and its possible collection, derived from selective waste collection, before its transport to the place of processing by the Contractor or the reloading station for the Contractor's waste,

-transport of collected municipal waste from the property or the place of their temporary collection, to the place of their processing by the Contractor or the reloading station for the Contractor's waste,

-supply containers and bags to the property for the collection of municipal waste.

3.The Contractor will be obliged to manage the fraction of municipal waste from residential and mixed real estate, such as:

-non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste,

-glass,

-paper,

metals and plastics (including multi-material packaging),

-bio (biodegradable kitchen waste),

-green waste (biodegradable waste),

bulky waste,

-ashes from home hearths.

4. The planned maximum amount of municipal waste to be managed is 54 903 Mg, including the maximum amount for waste code:

1) 20 03 01 (Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste): 28 000 Mg,

2) 20 02 01 (Biodegradable waste (green waste)): 6 800 Mg,

3) 20 01 08 (Biodegradable kitchen waste (bio-waste)): 6 000 Mg,

4) 15 01 02 (Plastic and metal packaging (including multi-material packaging)): 5 000 Mg,

5) 15 01 07 (Glass containers): 3 500 Mg,

6) 20 03 07 (bulky waste): 3 000 Mg,

7) 15 01 01 (Paper and paperboard packaging): 1 500 Mg,

8) ex 20 01 99 (Ashes from domestic furnaces): 1 000 Mg,

9) 20 03 99 (Municipal waste not otherwise specified): 100 Mg.

10) 20 01 01 (Paper and paperboard): 1 Mg,

11) 20 01 39 (plastics):1 mg,

12) 20 01 40 (metals):1 mg.

5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the amount of municipal waste transferred, in relation to the planned quantities indicated in paragraph 4, but not more than:

1. 20 % for waste codes: 20 03 01, 20 02 01, 20 01 08;

(2) 40 % for waste codes: 15 01 02, 15 01 07, 20 03 07, ex 20 01 99;

3) 100 % for waste codes: 15 01 01, 20 03 99, 20 01 01, 20 01 39, 20 01 40

the indicated quantity limits will be counted separately for each type (code) of waste.

6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase the amount of waste transferred in relation to the planned quantities indicated in paragraph 4, but not more than by 10%, counting for each type (code) of waste separately.

7. A detailed description and manner of implementation of the subject of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

8. The maximum duration of the provision of services is 48 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, subject to the provisions of § 2 PPU. The planned date of commencement of the contract is 01.01.2024, the planned date of its completion is 31.12.2027. The planned date of commencement and end of the contract may be changed due to the date of settlement of the public procurement procedure and under the conditions specified in the PPU.
