Preventive and corrective maintenance of the port crane of the floating dock

This notice concerns a framework agreement comprising a firm part, a part with order forms in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code de the public order and a part on order for contingencies according to articles R. 2372-19 and R. 2372-21 of the same code of public order. The subject of this framework agreement is the preventive and corrective maintenance of the port crane of the floating dock. The execution methods are as follows:

- the prices of item 1 (preventive and corrective maintenance of the installations) are fixed and final;

- item 2 concerns the part with order forms based on scales (50% of the firm part);

- item 3 concerns orders for contingencies (15% of the firm share).

It is part of a procedure with negotiation with prior publication in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the public procurement code.
