The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of the road system of Mielczarskiego Street on the section from Gdańska Street to Cmentarna Street and the construction of the system of complementary roads in the quarter of streets: Gdańska — Legionów - Cmentarna — Ogrodowa together with technical infrastructure and urban furniture

2.1. Three tasks were extracted as part of the order:

Task 1 - Reconstruction of the road system of Mielczarskiego Street on the section

from Gdańska Street to Cmentarnej Street

Task 2 - Construction of a puncture inside the quarter from Mielczarskiego Street

(in the area of Mielczarski property 33) to Karski Gardens

Task 3 - Construction of a puncture inside the quarter from Mielczarskiego Street

to Karski Gardens via Mielczarski 25 property.

2.2. The scope of works includes, among others:

For Task 1:

• Dismantling elements of existing landscaping,

• Dismantling elements of architecture and small architecture with historical value (for preservation or transfer to MKZ),

• Reconstruction of roadway and pedestrian pavement, execution of new landscaping

• Execution and installation of elements of small architecture and urban furniture,

• Execution of the project of the temporary organization of traffic with its arrangement and approval in the Board of Roads and Transport and the Office of the Engineer of the City UMŁ

• Execution of a new permanent and temporary organization of the movement,

• Securing the gas network in Mielczarskiego Street,

• Removal of possible collisions of the gas network with the roadway structure, together with the implementation of the project concerning its lowering and with the reconstruction of the gas pipeline,

• Protection of the heating network in Mielczarskiego Street with the reconstruction of the hatches to the existing heating chamber K-190 and adjusting the hatches on the existing heating network,

• Reconstruction and security of the existing power network,

• Dismantling existing street lighting and building new lighting with illumination,

• Construction and reconstruction of street drainage, regulation of existing water armament. -kan. to proj. nivelets,

• Removal of possible collisions with the network of woods. -kan. ,

• Construction of water supply and sanitary plumbing for street pumps, water supply connections and water supply systems for greenery irrigation systems,

• Construction of teletechnical plumbing,

• Securing the existing teletechnical sewer interfering with the designed road system,

• Removal of trees and shrubs indicated in the documentation,

• Secure existing greenery for the duration of works,

• The production of greens, new plantings of low greenery, medium juice and trees and their care within a minimum period of 36 months after the completion of the works,

• Construction of an irrigation system and aeration system for the purpose of the designed green space.

For Task 2:

• Dismantling elements of existing landscaping,

• Dismantling elements of architecture and small architecture with historical value (for preservation or transfer to MKZ),

• Execution of new landscaping,

• Execution and installation of elements of small architecture and urban furniture,

• Protection of the heating network together with the reconstruction of the hatches to the existing K-190 heating chamber and the adjustment of the hatches on the existing heating network,

• Construction of new lighting with illumination,

• Construction of a water supply system for greenery irrigation systems,

• Removal of trees and shrubs indicated in the documentation,

• Secure existing greenery for the duration of works,

• The production of greens, new plantings of low greenery, medium juice and trees and their care within a minimum period of 36 months after the completion of the works,

• Construction of an irrigation system and aeration system for the purpose of the designed green space.

For Task 3:

• Dismantling elements of existing landscaping,

• Dismantling elements of architecture and small architecture with historical value (for preservation or transfer to MKZ),

• Execution of new landscaping,

• Execution and installation of elements of small architecture and urban furniture,

• Construction of new lighting with illumination,

• Construction of drainage of the plot site, regulation of existing water armament. -kan. to proj. nivelets,
