Consultancy services in building physics according to HOAI Appendix 1 (to § 3 paragraph 1) No. 1.2. ff. for the new construction and conversion of the Helene-Lange Gymnasium in 2 lots:

- Lot 1, thermal insulation and energy balance,

— Lot 2, Building and Room acoustics,

In addition, special services are to be provided in Lot 1 and Lot 2, such as:

- Creation of an interdisciplinary component catalog,

- Simulations to forecast the behavior of components, rooms, buildings and open spaces (thermal building simulation),

- Etc.

Consulting services of building physics acc. HOAI Annex 1 (to Section 3 Paragraph 1) No. 1.2.2 f. Thermal insulation and energy balancing, work phases 1 to 8, basic services and, among others, the following special services:

- Creation of an interdisciplinary component catalog,

- Simulations to forecast the behavior of components, rooms, buildings and open spaces (thermal building simulation),

- Participation in the construction site control.
