4.1. The subject of the order is Transport of waste fractions arising in the territory of the ZZO in Wólka Rokicka.
4.2.1. part 1 of the order — “Transport of combustible fractions with codes 19 12 12 12, 19 12 10, 19 12 04”, the scope of which includes the transport of waste fractions arising in the territory of Rokicka Rokicka, according to Waste arising in the plant will be transported by the Contractor to the installation processing them located in Chełm, on Fabryczna Street. The length of the one-way route is 90 km.
4.2.2. part 2 of the order — “Transport of non-combustible fractions with codes 19 05 01, 19 05 03 and 19 05 99” for which the transport of waste fractions arising in the territory of the ZZO in Wólka Rokicka. Waste from the plant will be transported by the Contractor to the installation of the Municipal Waste Landfill in Rokitno, conducted by MPWIK Lublin. The length of the route is approximately 1 km.
Transport of combustible fractions with codes: 19 12 12 12, 19 12 10, 19 12 044.2.1. part 1 of the order — “Transport of combustible fractions with codes 19 12 12 12, 19 12 10, 19 12 04”, the scope of which includes the transport of waste fractions arising in the territory of Rokicka Rokicka, according to Waste arising in the plant will be transported by the Contractor to the installation processing them located in Chełm, on Fabryczna Street. The length of the one-way route is 90 km.
− The load will be combustible waste with codes 19 12 12 12, 19 12 10, 19 12 04 resulting from the sorting of municipal waste. Waste in loose form will be loaded by the contracting authority with telescopic assistance at Wólka Rokicka Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów.
− The Contractor is required to carry out a minimum of 5 transports per day up to a maximum of 12 transports.
− Loading hours: between 6.00 and 24.00 from Monday to Saturday except Sunday and statutory holidays.
− The Contractor for the carriage of materials must have trucks with a kit for the carriage of materials in bulk — a self-loading trailer allowing free unloading of the material with a so-called flooring.
− The service will be provided continuously for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract.
− The estimated number of courses during the period of implementation of the contract will be 1920 courses. This quantity was determined for the purpose of performing an estimate of the value of the order. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste received without the right to redress. The minimum guaranteed amount of courses is 1,000. The actual amount of waste provided for collection will be due to the current needs of the Ordering Party.
Transport of non-combustible fractions with codes 19 05 01, 19 05 03 and 19 05 99.4.2.2. part 2 of the order — “Transport of non-combustible fractions with codes 19 05 01, 19 05 03 and 19 05 99” for which the transport of waste fractions arising in the territory of the ZZO in Wólka Rokicka. Waste from the plant will be transported by the Contractor to the installation of the Municipal Waste Landfill in Rokitno, conducted by MPWIK Lublin. The length of the route is approximately 1 km.
− The load will be non-flammable waste with codes: 19 05 01 (uncomposted fractions of municipal and similar waste, 19 05 03 (non-compliant compost), and 19 05 99 (stabilizate after oxygen stabilization process) resulting from the treatment of municipal waste. The waste in loose form is not loaded by the Ordering Party with the help of a charger in Wólka Rokicka Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów.
− The Contractor is required to provide one car for continuous service of the plant for a minimum of 6 hours per day.
- Loading hours: between 7.00 and 15.00 from Monday to Friday.
− The Contractor for the transport of materials must have a three or four-axle truck with a drive of min. 3 axles with a self-loading kit for the carriage of bulk materials — the so-called dump truck with the ability to load min. 12 Mg.
− The service will be provided continuously for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract.
− The estimated total mass of waste to be transported during the period of implementation of the contract will be 24,000 Mg. This quantity was determined for the purpose of performing an estimate of the value of the order. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste received without the right to redress. The minimum guaranteed amount of waste is 16,000 Mg. The actual amount of waste provided for receipt will be due to the current needs of the Ordering Party.
