Installation of luminaire inserts in LED technology in existing luminaire housings
Installation of luminaires in buildings D, F, G, L, stairwell cores D/F/G and L/M/NInstallation of the luminaires in buildings D, F, G, L and in the stairwell cores D/F/G and L/M/N.
The ceiling lights in the seminar areas can have one to three light fixtures per ceiling light. Due to the lack of documentation, these cannot be defined more precisely, so that individual luminaires have to be used, which are adapted according to the local situation during installation according to the necessary number. In the case of hallway luminaires, only 1-flame luminaires are converted.
There is a prize cap of EUR 151,155.04 for each lot.
Unit prices (EP) per lot are defined as follows:
- Unit price ceiling lights seminar area, 1 flame (EP1)
- Unit price ceiling luminaires seminar area, 2-flame (EP2)
- Unit price Ceiling lights seminar area, 3-flame (EP3)
- Unit price ceiling lights hallway area, 1-flame (EP4) for 1,500 pieces
Unit prices must include the following work:
- the installation of the on-site luminaires (including gutting of the old luminaires)
- the logistics of the luminaire delivery from the central collection point of the BUW to the assembly site
- the transport of old luminaires, fluorescent tubes and all waste generated in containers or disposal containers provided by the customer
- all clearing work to carry out the assembly and the restoration of the original furniture installation
The sum of the all-inclusive prices is calculated from the all-inclusive prices of the following services:
- Rolling scaffolding/ladder for the entire period
- Pallet truck for the entire period
- Documentation of the installed luminaires
The submission of the fully completed Excel price sheets is mandatory. Failure to submit the price sheets or exceeding the respective price cap for each lot will result in exclusion.
