The purpose of this consultation is the purchase of French and foreign books and multimedia documents, as well as the services associated with these purchases for the libraries and all the entities of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. The supplies are delivered to all the sites of the university, the list of which appears in the appendix of the Cahier des clauses techniques particular (CCTP). Digital books (as defined by article 1 of law n ° 2011-590 of 26.5.2011) are not affected by this market. These supplies and services, divided into five lots, are detailed in the special administrative clauses (CCAP) and the special technical clauses (CCTP). This is a framework agreement with purchase orders placed according to the open call for tenders procedure in application of articles R. 2124-2 1º, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5, R . 2121-8 and R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of the public order code.
