• Site installation and complete coordination of the 3 lots for the extension and renovation part
• Preparatory work, asbestos removal and demolition on existing buildings
• Earthworks / foundations
• Structural elements (structural work and stability)
• Roofing work
• Exterior joinery
• Interior joinery
• Interior finishes
• Painting work
• Development of the surroundings
As a reminder, the successful bidder of lot 1 ensures as part of the mission of "coordinating contractor" the mission of coordination of all the lots both for the extension part and the renovation part. It also ensures the management, coordination and intervention planning of all lots (see administrative clauses of these specifications).
As part of this mission, he ensures the general organization and coordination of the site and provides other companies with all the means of execution and common services (site premises, site sanitary facilities, site cleaning, scaffolding, etc.).
LOT 2: electricity – fire detection – Elevator – (photovoltaic)In more detail, the work includes (LOT 2):
Low tension
o Distribution
o Equipment – switches and sockets
o Grounding
Very low voltage
o Data cabling
o Fire detection and alarm
Lighting system
o Lighting fixtures
o Security lighting
Installation of photovoltaic panels (only for the extension part)
Lift:
o Machinery;
o Hopper elements;
o Maneuvers and equipment cabinet;
o Control and signalling panels;
o Power supply;
o The cabins ;
o Doors and storefronts;
o And the miscellaneous.
The successful bidder of the electricity lot carries out the work under the direction of the coordinating contractor (successful bidder for lot 1) according to the conditions described in this CSC.
Note: In the event that the tenderer does not have the capacity to carry out maintenance/troubleshooting of the fire detection installations it is placed, the tenderer will negotiate the terms of the maintenance/troubleshooting contract with the supplier of the brand of equipment it has installed or with a maintenance company having the capacity to provide maintenance/troubleshooting. In this case, the tenderer will be released from its obligations when the installation works, of the basic contract, are definitively accepted.
Fire detection maintenance company means the bidder itself, a maintenance company or the supplier of the trademark of the fire detection equipment.
Note: In the event that the tenderer does not have the capacity to carry out maintenance/omnium of the installations of the lift it places, it will negotiate the terms of the maintenance/omnium contract with the supplier of the brand of the equipment it has installed or with a maintenance company having the capacity to provide maintenance and the omnium guarantee. In this case, the tenderer will be released from its obligations when the installation works, of the basic contract, are definitively accepted.
Note: In the event that the tenderer does not have the capacity to carry out the maintenance/troubleshooting of the installation of the photovoltaic panels it places, it will negotiate the terms of the maintenance contract / with the supplier of the brand of the equipment it has installed or with a maintenance company having the capacity to provide maintenance / troubleshooting. In this case, the tenderer will be released from its obligations when the installation works, of the basic contract, are definitively accepted.
LOT 3: HVAC - SanitaryIn more detail, the work includes (LOT 3):
• Ventilation
• Production and distribution of heat via existing and projected boilers
• VMC (heat pump)
•Cogeneration
•Regulation
• Control of installations and maintenance
• Sanitary installation (production, distribution and evacuation, firefighting).
The successful bidder for lot HVAC shall carry out the work under the direction of the coordinating contractor (successful bidder for lot 1) under the conditions described in this CSC.
Note: In the event that the tenderer does not have the capacity to carry out the maintenance/driving/troubleshooting of the control installations it is placed, it will negotiate the terms of the maintenance/driving/troubleshooting contract with the supplier of the brand of the equipment it has installed or with a maintenance company having the capacity to provide maintenance/driving/troubleshooting. In this case, the tenderer will be released from its obligations when the installation works, of the basic contract, are definitively accepted.
A regulatory maintenance company is the bidder itself, a maintenance company or the supplier of the trademark of the installed control equipment.
