Non-exhaustive details of benefits: daytime care and night penalty according to the rules of procedure set by the owner community; collection of user fees on behalf of the owner community in the form of a revenue control and the remittance of overpayments collected through an advance board; routine maintenance, maintenance and small maintenance of the squares and the entire area including the building and green spaces; social and administrative support of families, in the direction of orientation towards public services; relations with the various partners (town halls, electricity distributors, water services, CAF...); networking of this area with others created or in project .
