Framework Agreement for Office Automation

The tender for Office Automation with three lots must lead to the conclusion of one or more framework agreements per lot.

KA functionalities (hardware) including local management

Lot 1: € 819,511 (supply and maintenance of hardware for the KA environment)

Lot 2: € 6,016,443 (Managed Services Provider (MSP) and the associated deliveries (including licenses for Microsoft365) plus associated maintenance for the KA environment)

Lot 3: € 510,207 (providing and maintaining Telephony and VOIP services)
