The purpose of this consultation is the supply of digital printing and the performance of the associated ancillary services for RATP.
The consultation concerns the establishment of two multi-awardee framework agreements with purchase orders and follow-ups as follows:
- Lot n°1: Supply of digital printing and associated ancillary services for a period of 48 months with 3 Holders for a maximum amount of €5,600,000 excluding VAT for the rail networks (Metro and RER);
- Lot n°2: Supply of digital printing and associated ancillary services for a maximum period of 48 months with 2 Holders for a maximum amount of €360,000 excluding VAT for the surface networks (tramway and bus).
Supply of digital printing and associated ancillary services – Rail networks (Metro and RER)This Contract is a multi-awardee framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts awarded to 3 Contractors with a maximum amount set at €5,600,000 excluding VAT with no minimum amount. Its purpose is to provide digital printing and the associated ancillary services for the RATP's rail networks (Metro and RER).
The allocation of purchase orders and the re-tendering of the order when the requirement arises shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures provided for in Article 6 of the Framework Agreement.
The services include (non-exhaustive list):
- Digital printing:
• DTP processing;
• Direct printing on any type of rigid or flexible support (PVC, honeycomb, vinyl, aluminum, tarpaulin, canvas, poster paper, photo paper, microperforated, dibond, etc.);
• Surfacing: anti-graffiti lamination, cold lamination, adhesive, etc.;
• Processing: cutting, gluing, over-gluing, perforation, edge edging, eyelet installation, letter cutting, 7x7 fastener, etc.;
•Conditioning;
•Delivery;
- Associated ancillary services:
1/ Installation, removal and associated maintenance:
• Study and inspection (technical assistance, site risk management, safety coordination, etc.);
• Simple installation plan;
• Installation/removal of any type of support (internal/external signage, signs, vinyl, tarpaulins, etc.) during the day or at night;
2/ Storage and stock management of the following products:
Panel n°1 (800X2105mm): Quantity 75 pieces;
Panel n°2 (600X1800mm): Quantity 75 pieces;
Panel n°3 (1000X2000mm): Quantity 75 pieces;
Base plot: Quantity of 300 pieces and associated sand.
The description of the works and their technical specifications are indicated in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP), and the constraints of realization in the Cahier des Clauses Particulières de Réalisation (CCPR).
This contract includes an obligation of result, taking into account the constraints and requirements of the RATP. In addition, the Account Holder undertakes to ensure that the services are carried out in accordance with the rules of the art and in particular as a perfect professional in the field of expertise in question.
This Framework Agreement shall be referred to interchangeably as the Framework Agreement and the Contract.
Supply of digital printing and associated ancillary services – Surface networks (Tramway and Bus)This Contract is a multi-awardee framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts awarded to 2 Contractors with a maximum amount set at €360,000 excluding VAT with no minimum amount. Its purpose is to supply digital printing and the provision of associated ancillary services for the RATP's surface networks (Tramway and Bus).
The allocation of purchase orders and the re-tendering of the order when the requirement arises shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 6 of this Framework Agreement.
