1. The subject of the contract is the supply of four brand new electric multiple units for the operation of rail passenger transport in regional traffic.

2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order is included in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ), constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SOPZ constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

4. Deadline for the contract: until November 20, 2025 from the date of conclusion of the contract. If the Ordering Party exercises the option right, the final date of the contract may not exceed 20 November 2025.

5. Co-financing of the contract from the European Union funds in the amount of up to 85% of the contract value is planned.
