The description of the subject of the order is, in accordance with the requirements of art. 31 of the Public Procurement Law, project documentation and technical specification of performance and acceptance of construction works. The documentation consists of files in folders to which access has been indicated in the announcement on the Employer's website dedicated to the subject proceedings.

In particular, the contractor is obliged to carry out the following works:

a) Warming of the roof.

b) Warming the floor in the basement.

c) Warming of parts of external walls, including foundations along with the execution of the band.

d) Replacement of window and door joinery.

e) Replacement of central heating installation with replacement of radiators.

f) Construction of a technological heat installation.

g) Execution of mechanical ventilation.

h) Installation of the electrical system together with the installation of LED fittings

The Employer recommends that Contractors (at their own expense, on dates agreed with the director of the facility) have a local vision.
