1) Complete Mangelstraat, consisting of:

1. Supply installation

1.1. Supplying a two-station plug-in machine for entering large and small linen pieces;

1.2. Supply of a gas-heated mangle line with 2 gas-fired mangle rollers and heated swingbridge with ECO technology, for high efficiency and low energy consumption, and a spreader at 1st mangle.

1.3. Supplying a folding machine for folding along folding large and small linen pieces and transverse folding of large linen pieces;

1.4. Supplying stacker for large textile pieces.

2. Install, install and deliver ready for use

2.1. Installing and connecting the whole to the connection facilities made available by De Bolder;

2.2. deliver ready for use (complete with instruction for employees).

3. Maintenance installation

3.1. Making a maintenance plan for the mangle street during the total warranty period of 36 months;

3.2. Specifying costs for the maintenance of the mangle line at De Bolder including the costs for replacement of the parts indicated by the manufacturer during the total warranty period of 36 months;

3.3. Carrying out the work according to the maintenance plan, following instructions from De Bolder.

The Mangelstraat has a technical lifespan of at least 10 years.

During the technical lifetime, the Contractor is responsible and able to carry out Preventive and Corrective maintenance and to supply and assemble all necessary wear materials and other parts during this time.
