Installation of partition walls - renovation of existing buildings (1st BA)

The renovation measures will be divided into two construction phases. This invitation to tender initially covers the first construction phase. The second construction phase will then be carried out.

Parallel to the renovation measures, the unaffected part of the building must remain in operation. It must also be taken into account that noise-intensive construction measures may have to be carried out during non-teaching periods.

The work is carried out floor by floor and begins on the 2nd floor, then on the 1st floor and finally on the ground floor.
