Organizing and servicing paid unguarded parking lots for motor vehicles in the city of Grudziądz in the Paid Parking Zone established by the City Council in Grudziądz, divided into zone A and zone B" and for the development of design documentation and execution of construction works regarding the reconstruction of the parking lot at Sienkiewicza Street in Grudziądz

1. Organizing and servicing paid unguarded parking lots for motor vehicles in the city of Grudziądz in the city of Grudziądz determined by the City Council

in Grudziądz Paid Parking Zone divided into ZONE A and ZONE B - Annex No. 1 to OPZ.

2. Equipping the paid parking zone, also known as SPP in the further content of the SWZ, with devices for collecting and settling parking fees (parking meters) - Annex 2 to the OPZ.

3. Office equipment of the Paid Parking Zone - Annex 3 to the OPZ

4. Provision of software managing the paid parking zone - Appendix No. 4 to opz and annex no. 8 to OPZ (template templates).

5. Designing a website enabling electronic purchase

types of parking subscriptions indicated by the Ordering Party (e-shop) - Appendix No. 5 to OPZ.

6. Preparation of design documentation and reconstruction of the car park at Sienkiewicza Street in accordance with the functional and utility program - Annex No. 6 to opz.

7. Installation, commissioning and operation of bicycle box rental services - Annex 7 to OPZ.

8. Training of the Ordering Party's employees in the service of the delivered

hardware and software up to 1 week before commissioning

SPP.

9. The Ordering Party informs that in accordance with Article 101(4) of the PPL Act, if the description of the subject of the contract contains a reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the PPL Act, the Ordering Party shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.
