For the purposes of awarding the Framework Agreement, a restricted procedure is called above the Community threshold with recourse to the RFI qualification systems pursuant to art. 134, paragraph 8 of Legislative Decree 50/16 with award to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to art. 60, 183, paragraph 15, and 95 of the Code and art. 1 of Legislative Decree no. 76/2020.

The use of qualification systems has found publicity in the forms referred to in art. 134 of Legislative Decree 50/16 with publication in the EU Gazette (Notice number in OJ S: 2021/S 126-335201 of 02/07 /2021), GURI (No. 77 of 07/07/2021) and on the RES client profile at the web page: https://www.fer.it/?page_id=3877.

Pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree 50/16, all communications relating to this procedure will be managed through a special telematic platform on the RES portal.

The object of this procedure is the assignment of a Framework Agreement, pursuant to art. 54 of Legislative Decree 50/16, for a three-year period, for the execution of works related to interventions for ordinary maintenance and extraordinary on the buildings of the entire network of competence and of the railway headquarters of the regional RES railway lines, as well as the related project performance including surveys, surveys and coring, to be entrusted through the stipulation of subsequent application contracts.

The benefits included in the subject of the framework agreement are listed in a schematic manner:

a. Drafting of the project with the assumption by the contractor of all the costs related to the surveys and surveys to be carried out as well as technical design expenses, expenses for obtaining authorizations, opinions and clearances;

b. Realization of the works referred to in the approved project including all expenses for building works, systems and connections thereof, etc.;

c. works attributable (by way of example but not exhaustively) to the following macro-categories:

- rise of the embankment with elevation of the railway line;

- alternative viability for the suppression of level crossings;

- pedestrian paths;

- bump, guard ditches;

- trenches and railway embankments;

- escarpments, rock faces;

- streets and squares;

- retaining walls, covering walls, counter-slip walls, undershoe walls;

- fence walls, fences;

- drains;

- bridges, bridges, manholes, viaducts, railway overpasses, underpasses and underpasses (both pedestrian and driveway);

- replacement of metal structures and beams;

- jumpers and tombings;

- shelters, sidewalks and loading platforms;

- works functional to the installation of noise, protection and wind barriers including the laying of the barriers themselves and in general works that are part of the road body or protection of the same;

- alarmed networks and surveillance systems;

- demolitions;

- water/sewerage/heating/electric/telephone/elevation systems for civil and industrial buildings including properties of historical interest.
