The Contractor is responsible for the technical operation and maintenance of (i.) the branch linking Cayenne (French Guiana) with the BU located off Fortaleza on the Ellalink transatlantic cable, (ii.) the Cayenne terminal station, (iii.) the Beach Chamber and (iv.) the terrestrial connection between the Station and the Beach Chamber
