72076 Tübingen, Otfried-Müller-Straße, University Hospital Tübingen, new teaching and learning center (LLZ), engineering services according to Part 4 Section 1 HOAI

The medical faculty of the University of Tübingen (MFT) and the University Hospital Tübingen (UKT) are planning to build a new teaching and learning center (LLZ).

Academic training and nursing professions should in future receive future-proof conditions for theoretical and practical training under one roof. In addition, the education and training of the UKT (including IT) is housed in the building. The shared use of the building should create synergy effects: shared use of the exercise areas, the library, the lecture halls and seminar rooms.

The aspects of sustainable and energy-efficient construction must be taken into account. The goal is to minimize the life cycle costs of the building.

The building should be exemplary in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency, and thus be economical.

As far as possible in terms of construction, use and economy, the building should be constructed as much as possible from renewable raw materials or recycled mineral building materials.

On the basis of an architecture competition, a building with approx. 13,560 m will be built 2nd Usable area (NUF 1-7) can be realized with a base floor and 4 upper floors. A high point with up to 10 floors is conceivable on parts of the building floor space.

The property has a floor area of approximately 7,879 m 2nd and is inclined in the north / south direction. It is located in earthquake zone 3.

A maximum cost of EUR 70,000,000 gross (index III / 2019, 2010 = 100) is planned for the measure, for the cost groups KG 300 = approx. EUR 46 million gross and KG 400 = approx. EUR 24 million gross according to DIN 276-1: 2008-12.

Services in service phases 1-6, as well as the following special services:

- Engineering control including specialist site management;

- Evidence of earthquake safety in the area of earthquake zone 3 in accordance with DIN 4149: 2005-04;

- Structural planning for the shoring;

- engineering structure for shoring;

- Contribution to cost control with an increased accuracy target.

The special services are not listed conclusively.
