The district of Fürstenfeldbruck is planning an extension of the existing grammar school in Gröbenzell with approx. 3,900 sqm GFA as well as the renewal of the outdoor facilities (approx. 3,800 m²). According to the present cost estimate, total costs of approx. € 17.2 million gross (KG 200-600) are assumed.

If necessary, the extension should be built sustainably in wood or wood-hybrid construction.

It is intended to commission the following services (in stages) with this tender:Object planning of outdoor facilities, service phases 3 to 9 according to §§ 38 ff. HOAI.

The services are commissioned in stages. First, in the 1st commissioning stage, the work phases 3 and 4 (design planning and approval planning) are commissioned in accordance with § 34 HOAI. Work phases 5-9 are called up in stages. There is no legal entitlement to an overall order.
