The overall purpose of this tender is to arrive at a Ram Agreement with one party, for the services that includes; handling the iJW and iPGB messaging;

processing claims regarding care in Natura for youth care, including answering questions from care providers and the municipality about this;

keeping records of the claim processing and supporting the annual accountability thereof;

The structural periodic provision of data to the municipality for management reports;

Managing any systems used for this purpose and granting access to the processed data and used systems to designated persons within the municipality.
