The subject of the order is the organization and implementation of an entrepreneurship campaign.

The contracting authority will apply the procedure specified in art. 24aa paragraph 1 of the Act of 29.1.2004. Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1986, as amended).

The subject of the order is the organization and implementation of an entrepreneurship campaign.

Contractor within 3 days from the date of placing on the shopping platform https://zamowienia.miir.gov.pl/ information referred to in art. 86 par. 5 of the Public Procurement Law, is obliged to provide the orderer with a declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 23 of the Act. Along with the submission of a statement, the contractor may provide evidence that links with another contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in the contract award procedure. The template of the declaration is attached as Appendix 4 to the ToR.

The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 sec. 1 point 6 and 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
