The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste (unsorted and segregated) from residential and uninhabited real estate, on which municipal waste is generated in the commune of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, as well as the creation and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. The scope of the subject of the contract includes, in particular: a) collection and management of municipal waste from residential and uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is created, b) equipping residents with bags for selective waste collection, c) preparing and providing waste removal schedules to residents, d) reporting e) organizing the Municipal Waste Management System Service Office for the duration of the contract e) generating, printing and distributing barcodes among property owners. Description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its implementation are set out in Annex 1 to the Agreement.

1 The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection and management of municipal waste (unsorted and segregated) from residential and uninhabited real estate, on which municipal waste is generated in the Kalwaria Zebrzydowska commune and: 1.1. Equipping residents with bags for selective waste collection with a capacity of 120 liters of LDPE polyethylene film, semi-transparent, with a thickness ensuring bag strength, i.e. at least 60 microns, for the first time and for their gradual replacement after each collection from the property. The number of bags supplied should be selected to match the property in question to ensure that all sorted waste is collected. For the collection of segregated waste, a system of four colored bags or containers will apply: 1) blue - paper and cardboard, 2) green - glass, 3) yellow - plastics, metals and multi-material packaging 4) brown - green waste. 1.2. Preparation and delivery of waste collection schedules to residents. 1.3. Preparation and delivery of leaflets promoting segregation and other documents related to the municipal waste management system to residents. 1.4. Performing reporting. 1.5. Conducting educational campaigns for children and pupils in kindergartens, schools. 1.6. Establishment and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point under applicable law. The Contractor prior to the commencement of the service shall notify the Employer in writing that he is ready to operate the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. To check the readiness of PSZOK functioning, a site visit will be carried out by the Employer and a report will be written. The Contractor is obliged, until the organization of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, to create and operate a Mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (maximum one month), with a scope of operation as a stationary point, on the above principles. 2. Before commencing the service, the Employer shall provide the Contractor with a list of real estate inhabited by residents and uninhabited real estate on which municipal waste is generated in the Kalwaria Zebrzydowska commune and the number of persons living in individual real estate. 3. Data regarding the order: The number of residential buildings in which residents are registered is about 5 479, of which about 4 436 on rural areas and about 1 204 in the city of Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. (as of 24.9.2018) 5. Other data: a) Estimated total amount of municipal waste - approx. 4,500 Mg: estimated the amount of municipal waste from the property inhabited in the commune of Kalwaria Z. will be about 3,500 Mg - szac. the amount of municipal waste from uninhabited real estate in the commune of Kalwaria Z. will be around 1,000 Mg.

b) Estimated number of bags that the Contractor will provide to property owners around 500,000

c) Estimated number of sets of containers for sorted waste, which the Contractor shall provide to the property owners indicated by the Employer approx. 80. 6. Due to the limited number of characters that can be entered in the content of the announcement, other information regarding the order has been included in the ToR including
