the consultation concerns the acquisition and, where appropriate, the delivery of batteries, accumulators, supply batteries and associated services for the members of the West Atlantic Central order group as specified in the framework of the deed of commitment of each lot. The services are the subject of two separate packages which will be dealt with by separate framework agreement. Each lot will be the subject of a split framework agreement with purchase orders with only a maximum in application of Articles R. 2162-2 and following, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount of each framework agreement is set out in the Special Clauses (CCP). The services of the framework agreement are performed by issuing successive purchase orders according to the occurrence of the needs of the public entity. Each purchase order will specify the services described in the framework agreement whose execution is requested and will determine the quantity

are due in particular to this lot:- the supply and take-back for their recycling of non-rechargeable and rechargeable batteries and batteries not falling within the scope of exclusion below;- the supply and delivery of associated articles of the same nature or falling within the categorical scope of the framework agreement, namely, chargers (whatever the type), etc.; - any article, supply or service of the same nature falling within the categorical scope of this lot;- where appropriate, the installation of voluntary contribution terminals and containers for the recovery of used articles;- where appropriate, the recovery and disposal of defective or used articles and their possible revaluation;- etc. Are excluded from this lot:- batteries or accumulators specific for medical devices, electric portable or other, specific to the brand of the product supplied by the supply;- unless otherwise provided for the return of used articles or supplies

are due in particular to this lot:- the supply and, where appropriate, the supply of batteries for motor vehicles of less than 3.5 tonnes of the gel or lead type;- the supply and, where appropriate, the delivery of batteries for motor vehicles of 3.5 tonnes or more of the gel or lead type;- the supply and, where appropriate, the supply of batteries for boats;- the supply and, where appropriate, the delivery batteries for generators;- any article, supply or service of the same nature falling within the categorical scope of this lot.
