This contract is a public works contract.

The CHC tenders a contract by lot for the execution of a set of construction works for the construction of a rest home, a day center for the elderly and a residential center for disabled adults (SRA)

The operation is divided into 3 lots, 2 of which are the subject of this contract and one is the subject of a separate contract published simultaneously.

This contract concerns lots 1 and 3 which are defined below:

1. LOT 1: work package (Structural Work and Surroundings) which has as object:

- the construction of a deep foundation system for modular buildings, as well as retaining structures, given the slope of the terrain;

- all the work on the surrounding area and the buried drainage;

- the HV cabin and the lighting and external electrical work;

- the restoration of the ink wall... (see market documents)
