Project management services for - the extension and the consolidation of the technical and administrative infrastructure of the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research in Heidelberg

Project control for the overall and individual coordination of the new construction of the extension and the preliminary measure rounding off the technical and administrative infrastructure of the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research in Heidelberg in accordance with the contracts provided in the tender documents, the services to be awarded are project management services of project stage 1 -5 according to AHO.

The services include partial services from the project stages project preparation to project completion as well as the AE action areas including project control for the area of technical building services.

More detailed and important information on the planning services to be awarded (object of the contract) is described under point II.2.4) of this announcement.

Project control for the overall and individual coordination of the new construction of the extension and the preliminary measure rounding off the technical and administrative infrastructure of the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research in Heidelberg in accordance with the contracts provided in the tender documents, the services to be awarded are project management services of project stage 1 -5 according to AHO.

The services include partial services from the project stages project preparation to project completion as well as the AE action areas including project control for the area of technical building services.

The special requirements for the provision of services may make it necessary to be available frequently / at short notice at the client's request for coordination talks on site or in Munich.

By submitting an application to participate, the applicants declare that they are able to provide the services within the period (see II.2.7) and, in particular, that they have the necessary technical, personnel, factual and time resources.

The start of the service is immediately after completion of this procedure. At the time of commissioning, it can be assumed that phase 2 of the technical and administrative infrastructure measure has almost been completed and phase 2 of the institute expansion measure has already started (see also the framework schedule).

Title 1: Extension Institute

Overall, the extension has a usable area (NUF 1-7) of 6 145 m 2 with a gross volume (BRI) of approx. 54 190 m³. The expected Bauwerksko

Sten (KG 300 + 400) amount to approx. 36.3 million EUR (net), the total construction costs to approx. 49.4 million EUR (net).

The following milestones are planned for implementation:

- Start of planning: done (II / 2020);

- Submission of HU construction: in advance. III / 2021;

- Planned start of construction: ahead. IV / 2022;

- Handover to the user: in advance. III / 2025.

Title 2: Consolidation of technical administrative infrastructure

The upper limit for the construction costs according to KGR 300 and 400 is approx. 6.9 million EUR (net), the total construction costs to approx. 10 million EUR (net).

The following milestones are planned for implementation:

- Start of planning: already done;

- Planned start of construction: ahead. IV / 2021;

- Completion: ahead. I / 2023.
