The purpose of the contract is the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and guarantee of a liquid chromatography system with four detections and ancillary services on behalf of the LSPCMIB (UMR5068)-CNRS, according to the technical specifications defined in the special technical clauses (CCTP) No. 23252 of 13/09/2023.

The contract is a mixed framework agreement with a global and flat-rate part and a purchase order, single-awarded party (concluded with a single economic operator).

The framework agreement is concluded with a minimum and a maximum.

The minimum corresponds to the acquisition of one (1) chromatography system (global and lump sum part). The maximum includes the global and lump sum part and is set at 240,000 euros excluding VAT.

The global and flat-rate part corresponds to the acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and guarantee of a liquid chromatography system with four detections and ancillary services on behalf of the LSPCMIB (UMR5068)-CNRS.

Depending on its needs, the LSPCMIB-CNRS may order under the purchase order party: spare parts or warranty extensions.

Presentation of variants at the initiative of authorized tenderers (within the limit of 2 variants per tenderer). Variants allowed on the points specified in CCTP No. 23252. Tenderers are allowed to submit one or two variant tenders without the basic tender.
