Re:allies wishes to procure and enter into a framework agreement for the provision of fire risk assessments, fire precaution work, fire prevention work and fire mitigation work to be completed predominantly in social housing properties but may also be carried out in other public buildings, including but not limited to, schools and offices.
The contractors will be expected to complete the works and services to a high standard and are expected to share Re:allies' commitment to regeneration, specifically the creation of training and employment opportunities.
This Lot is for the provision of fire risk assessment services across the North of England and Scotland. The scope of service will include, but not be limited to, the assessment of all areas of the internal and external escape routes of Customer properties taking into account fire alarm and detection systems, emergency lighting, fire fighting equipment and signage in order to advise Customers on how to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (as amended) and any other updated or amended regulatory requirements. This Lot will also include for the provision of feasibility studies for sprinkler and alarm systems and the audit of fire works.
