The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, protection firefighting, logging and skidding of wood and nursery, forest seed production, maintenance of forestry facilities, as well as hunting and meadow-farming management, to be carried out in the Rzepin Forest District in the years 2020 - 2021. The procedure is conducted under an open tender pursuant to art. 10 paragraph 1 and art. 39-46 of the Act of 29 January 2004 Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1843, as amended - "PZP") and implementing acts to the PZP. The procedure is conducted in accordance with the rules for orders
With a value equal to or higher than the amounts specified in the provisions issued under Art. 11 paragraph 8 PZP.
