The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in accordance with the applicable regulations, the quality standards of the PE Act and the implementing regulations

in particular the Regulations of the Minister of Economy of 04 May 2007 on the specific conditions for the functioning of the electricity system for the entities taking part in the proceedings, a list of which is set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ. (Estimated quantity of supply delivered energy +/ -10%).

The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders. The Contracting Authority shall not split the order into parts. A breakdown of the contract would involve the need to coordinate the activities of the various Contractors carrying out individual parts of the contract, which would ultimately jeopardize the proper execution of the contract.
