Award of a development concession after competitive bidding in the form of a restricted procedure to allow the development of the downtown area known as Coeur de Grippon (approximately 50 ha), pursuant to the provisions of Articles L. 1414-1 et seq. of the general code of local authorities, L. 2124-3, R. 2161-2 et seq. of the code of the public order and articles L. 300-4 and R. 311-1 and s. of the urban planning code.

The missions of the concessionaire will cover all the tasks necessary for the complete realization of the operation (studies, construction, transfer ...).
