The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organization of the EuroSkills 2023 Gdańsk event at the International Gdańsk Fair Joint Stock Company and at the Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk (Arena Gdańsk Operator Sp. z o.o.) stadium in Gdańsk on 5-9 September 2023, concerning the implementation of the competition and accompanying events on 2-10 September 2023, for a total of about 2500 competitors and delegates and 100,000 spectators.

As part of the subject of the contract, the contractor will be obliged to perform the following tasks:

1) supervision on behalf of the Ordering Party over the assembly of tents for the event on 1.08.-27.08.2023.

2) organization of the event and parallel accompanying events on the terms set out in Appendix number 1 - Description of the Subject of the Order ("OPZ") with attachments and draft provisions of the contract,

3) installation of the event infrastructure from 28.08.2023 at 7:00 to 3.09.2023, until 22:00,

4) acceptance of individual surfaces in accordance with OPZ;

5) dismantling the infrastructure of the event from 18:00 on 8 September 2023 to 23:00 on 10 September 2023.

6) signing the hand-over protocol for the dismantling of the infrastructure of the event by 11:50 p.m. on September 10, 2023.

The Contractor will organize EuroSkills 2023 Gdańsk at the Gdańsk International Fair (MTG) and at the Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk Stadium (Stadium) (hereinafter referred to as "Venue") in Gdańsk, Żaglowa Street and Pokoleń Lechii Gdańsk. List of areas of competition zones (Venue).
