The Johannes-Gigas School in Lügde will be completely renovated by the end of 2021. The construction project will be implemented in 6 construction phases while the school is still in operation.
Part of the tender are the tile work required for the renovation, with a lot-wise structure of the items according to the respective funding providers or urban share. The lot-wise structure in the course text is used exclusively for cost center accounting. The contract is awarded as a whole.
Total tile area:
- Wall surfaces: approx. 120.00 m
- Floor tiles: approx. 100 m
The tile work is limited to small sanitary facilities and cleaning agent rooms.
