The assignment to be commissioned includes delivering, assembling, placing, returning, servicing and providing service for and advising on the furniture for all rooms in Zadkine's locations.
The following product groups can be distinguished:
- Educational furniture (standard theory rooms) and project furnishing (meeting rooms, project rooms, hospitality, fun furniture, etc.);
- Office furniture (workplaces, meeting rooms, etc.)
- Loose inventory (coat poles, clock, umbrella stand, etc.)
Another part of the assignment involves providing project-based interior advice within the framework of the available Image Quality Plan (BKP).
In addition, Zadkine wishes to receive (un) solicited market information during the contract period regarding developments in:
- Durability;
- Circular procurement;
- Cost reductions;
- Trends & Innovations
Fixed interior design and practical space furniture are outside the scope of this tender, as well as production of spe.
Deliveries involve replacement and expansion.
