The tender refers to the services:

- maintenance cleaning,

- special services and / or

The objects to be cleaned are buildings managed by the client in the urban area of Solingen and Hilden. These are administrative buildings, including functional and workshop areas, customer centers, lounges, sanitary facilities and waterworks.

The annual cleaning area across all buildings will be in the maintenance cleaning between 2 000 000 m 2 - 2 400 000 m 2 be.

The Baumberg waterworks consists of an office wing, workshops or workshops. In the workshop, the drivers of the public transport service take up their duties. Since toilet facilities are in daily use here, 2 toilets must be cleaned 365 days a year, once a day.

Customer Center - Kölner Straße and Hauptbahnhof:

The two customer centers are key objects, as they are of particular importance due to customer traffic. The customer centers are to be cleaned six times a week, from Monday to Saturday. The customer center on the Kölner Straße has a floor area of approx. 180 m 2 and the customer center at the main station has a floor area of about 100 m 2 ,

Outside / terminals:

The outdoor / terminal areas are distributed in the urban area of Solingen distributed premises for the drivers of public transport. These rooms are used as break rooms / lounges and have sanitary areas. The entire surface area is about 300 m 2 , The sanitary areas are to be cleaned 365 days a year, once a day.

Waterworks Glüder:

At the water works Glüder the cleaning takes place in approx. 600 m 2 (Floor space) large social tract. Both office and meeting rooms as well as sanitary and traffic areas are to be cleaned here.
