The landscaping work includes demolition work, road construction work, installation of foundations, high-quality precast concrete elements, steps and equipment, as well as soil and planting work.

- Access road with drainage installations, edgings and asphalt work (approx. 800 sqm)

- Sidewalk area, parking spaces and delivery areas with drainage installations, edging and paving work (approx. 800 sqm)

- Intensive greening of the ceiling in the underground car park area (approx. 150 sqm) with installation of angle support elements (approx. 30 m)

- Atrium with bonded gravel (approx. 20 m), steps (approx. 70 m), retaining walls and wall blocks (approx. 80 m)

- Enclosure fence with gates (approx. 60 m), handrails and steel stairs, outbuilding lattice box, bicycle rack (approx. 18 pcs), signage
