Granting a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 5,400,000.00 (say: five million four hundred thousand zlotys) - in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract
Granting a long-term commercial loan in Polish currency in the maximum amount of PLN 5,400,000 (five million four hundred thousand zlotys); including the financing of the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Jarosław in the amount of PLN 5,400,000. A full description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in the Terms of Reference.
1) Granting a long-term commercial loan in Polish currency in the maximum amount of PLN 5,400,000 (five million four hundred thousand zlotys); including financing the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Jarosław in the amount of PLN 5,400,000;
2) Deadline for completion of the order: up to 7 days after selecting the most advantageous offer and after the borrower submits an application for a loan with its size specified - in the amount not exceeding PLN 5,400,000.

3) A blank promissory note is offered as a form of collateral for the loan.
4) The loan will be disbursed after the Contracting Authority submits an instruction, by 28.12.2023 at the latest.
5) The loan repayment date is from 30 January 2024 to 30 December 2039, in monthly instalments.
6) The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of early repayment of the loan without any financial costs incriminating the Ordering Party.
7) It is established that the interest repayment will occur on the outstanding amount of the loan (on the actual debt), in monthly periods (up to the 5th day of the month following the month in which the capital instalment is repaid).
8) For the purpose of calculating the offer price, the loan should be disbursed on 15.11.2023.
