The object of the contract consists in the supply of natural gas for the years 2023 to 2025 to the following establishments: Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg (CHL) and Hôpitaux Robert Schuman (HRS). A framework agreement with reopening of competition will be concluded with all tenderers who have submitted an admissible tender. Each competitive bidding process will consist of a prize-formula award for one year of procurement. 1 contract will be concluded, with a potentially different supplier, for each supply year: 2023, 2024 and 2025.
