The project “Renovation of Urban Social Housing Weststadt” includes the renovation of 92 social housing in Leer. There will be 6 construction phases, each of which will overlap. Construction work will start on March 5, 2021, project end: May 31, 2022.
At the beginning of the measure, extensive pipeline work will be carried out outside. Part of the work is the creation and closing of the trenches, excluding the lines. At the end of the measure, a restoration and improvement of the paved areas, wood borders and green areas are planned.
