Integrated contract for the on-site supply of the XLPE submarine and terrestrial cable connection HVDC 500kV "Adriatic Link"

The tender provides for the supply of the HVDC 500kV "Adriatic Link" submarine and terrestrial cable connection. Included: the supply and installation of diagnostic systems and protections of submarine cables; the prompt intervention on failure on the system carried out (inspection, research, identification and repair of the fault), also for failure deriving from external causes or interventions of third parties, for a duration of 10 (ten) years from the date of entry into operation of the plant itself.

The link consists of two marine connections of about 210 km each and two land connections of about 42 km in total between Marche and Abruzzo.
